Refund and Cancellation Policy

Below is the Refund and Cancellation Policy for PopUp Painting events:

Cancellation must be made by email to info@popuppainting.com.

Bookings made from 1 March 2019:

  • Cancellation by guest with more than 7 days notice before start time of event: full transfer of ticket or full refund.
  • Cancellation by guest with between 5-7 days notice before start time of event: full transfer of ticket to event of same value (top ups are available).
  • Cancellation by guest with less than 5 days notice before start time of event: no transfer of ticket or refund available.

PopUp Painting reserves the right to apply a £10 admin fee for repeat transfers. The first two transfers will be free of charge, but may be applied on the third occasion.

 

Bookings made before 1 March 2019:

  • Cancellation by guest with more than 96 hours before start time of event: full transfer of ticket or full refund;
  • Cancellation by guest with between 72-96 hours notice before start time of event – full transfer of ticket to event of same value;
  • Cancellation by guest with less than 72 hours notice – no transfer or refund available.

On occasions where PopUp Painting has to cancel an event, a full refund or transfer of ticket will be available to the customer. Other than in exceptional circumstances, cancellations will not take place with less than 48 hours notice.
