The Role / Responsibilities:

As the artist, you’re the star of the show! You will be responsible for guiding a group of 20-50 people through a painting in a fun and accessible manner. You must have the ability to design and execute quality acrylic paintings in various styles.

As the events manager / operational lead you are responsible for the overall running of the event: from kit transportation, ensuring a quality set up and a brilliant customer experience. Business development skills to promote, find new venues and staff.

Both roles require public speaking or performance skills. You must be comfortable speaking in front of groups 20 – 50 people, with a microphone, in a clear, well-paced and exciting manner

As an event lead transportation of kit may be needed.

An ideal candidate will have:

The ideal person for this job will have an outgoing personality, art skills, be reliable, and have experience in working in an exciting mixed event environment!

  • qualifications or demonstrable proficiency in Visual or Performing arts
  • high energy
  • business development skills
  • experience in Event Management
  • good performance and/or presentation experience
  • strong time management and communication skills
  • access to a car and a driving license.

This is a freelance position and pay is per event (Candidates with weekend availability is very desirable), approximately equivalent to £25,000 pro rata.
