Today is a special day for us here at PopUp Painting: it’s our birthday!
10 years ago we ran our first ever event, popping up to paint the London skyline at the Soho Hotel. Since then we’ve painted with around 70,000 people, and we’re so grateful to have reached this milestone. Thank you so much for your support in getting us to this point!
We’ve made some fantastic memories of the years and met some really wonderful people. It’s been touching to hear how people have enjoyed our events – whether discovering they had a hidden talent, or just taking their mind off of work and life for a couple of hours!
And it’s been amazing to see what people (almost all of you non-artists!) can do in just a couple of hours with a bit of guidance and encouragement. We believe that everybody is creative in in their daily life in all sorts of ways. You’re proof that everybody is visually creative too!
