Oh yes – Halloween is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate other than making a spooky cocktail? This is a personal favourite of ours – simple to make but looks positively frightful (and taste delicious)!
Halloween Cocktail Recipe – Dracula’s Blood

Handful of Blueberries or Blackberries to garnish
- Fill up your glass half way with ice (top points if you make dry ice for a smokey effect)
- Pour in 25ml of Chambord (or raspberry liquor)
- Pour in 25ml of Gin
- Fill up the rest of the glass with tonic – watch the Chambord slowly rise to the top of the glass.
- Throw in the blueberries or blackberries to garnish.
