Coming up, we have a bright and colourful new modern artist for you to be inspired by. Malika Favre is a French artist based in London. Her bold, minimal style – often described as Pop Art meets OpArt – is a striking lesson in the use of positive and negative space and colour. Splatter around your blue hues and come join the PopUp Painting team on the 7th April at The Red Lemon, Notting Hill, and recreate your own version of an image from Malika’s Rendez-Vous collection. With a massive colour pop of an evening, you’re sure to dazzle the night away.
Alternatively, you might fancy an old master for your evening of creative entertainment. Join us on April 6th at The Camden Eye, Camden, for a night of painting and wine inspired by Van Gogh’s iconic Starry Night! Although he remained poor and virtually unknown throughout his life (unlike Malika) he is now considered one of the greatest artists. ‘Paint Starry Night’ is also our most popular events – so book now while spaces are available!
