Have you got a heart for art?

Have you got a heart for art?

Looking for something novel and fun to do with your date to celebrate Valentine’s Day? PopUp Painting have got events running all week to suit you and your date. Our events are in a relaxed atmosphere, where our artist will help you create your own impression of a painting! No experience is necessary, so you and your date don’t need to be shy – this is painting for fun!

Join us at The Plough from 19:30 on the 11th to paint in the style of the celebrated master of pop art, Roy Lichtenstein. This iconic poster gives you the perfect opportunity to add your own romantic message as well as an opportunity to have fun together! The event will feature themed 60s music for an evening of high energy and fun!

Paint Vettriano at Babycakes, East Sheen – 12th Feb

vettriano

Join us at Babycakes for an evening of painting Jack Vettriano’s iconic The Singing Butler. This romantic scene is the perfect painting for a romantic date. You could even come in your best suit and dress like in the painting – we provide aprons, so hopefully they won’t get paint on them! This painting may look challenging, but our artist will help you step through step and by the end of the evening you’ll have created something you’ll be quite impressed with!

Paint Picasso at Down To Earth, Kensington – 13th February

Picasso

Join us at Down To Earth, Kensington for a Picasso-themed evening. We’ll be having a blend of French and Spanish music with Prosecco. The painting for the evening’s event will be Picasso’s Le Rêve (The Dream). Picasso’s abstract style means you can really get creative without worrying about its likeness to reality – this is painting for fun, and Picasso’s relaxed boundaries really help here!

Can’t make it to any of these? Why not surprise your date with tickets to a future event, or with a gift voucher for them to choose with?

PopUp Painting events are social painting experiences; bringing art out of the gallery and classroom and into people’s every day lives. Our aim is to make art accessible so that everyone can have fun unleashing their creativity!
